Business Analyst (Remote Workplace @Lisbon)

. degree in Computer Engineering or similar;

. minimum 2 years’ experience in requirements gathering;

. capacity for autonomy, learning and interpersonal relationships;

. communication, problem-solving and customer focus.

 

FUNTIONS

. requirements gathering and documentation;

. monitoring the development cycle with a focus on functional analysis and quality assurance;

. translating requirements into functional specifications, business rules and prototype validation.

most of our websites and services are written in Java. New applications use vue.js on the front-end, in combination with jQuery & Knockout.js. MS SQL Server is used for most of our storage needs. We use Gitlab for code versioning and CI and Atlassian for tickets and documentation.

Helpdesk Technician (On-site @Lisbon)

. technical degree in Computer Science or a degree in a technological area;

. more than 1 year’s experience in a Helpdesk-related role;

. english skills;

. availability for on-site work in Alcântara;

. communication skills, organization, resistance to stress and priorities management.

 

FUNTIONS

. analysis, diagnosis and incident resolution;

. opening tickets and providing first assistance (via telephone or remote access) for IT or Telecom services;

. maintenance, assembly and installation of hardware and configuration of software;

. identifying the sources and trends of technical problems.

. bachelor’s or Master’s degree in areas related to the position;

. professional experience of more than 4 years in IT project management.

. advanced knowledge of English.

. PMI® PMP certification (mandatory);

. degree in Computer Engineering or similar and/or experience in databases for more than 5 years;
